Responsible Use

Responsible cannabis use is essential to ensure safety, enjoyment, and long-term well-being. Consuming mindfully helps individuals understand their limits, avoid overuse, and make informed choices about when and where to use cannabis. It also supports public safety by preventing impaired driving and protecting others from second-hand exposure. By using responsibly, consumers help reduce stigma, promote positive experiences, and contribute to a culture of respect and education within the cannabis community.

Low and Slow

Pacing yourself is the key to finding what works best for you.

Cannabis consumption can be a unique and personal experience. Health Canada along with us here at Skosha encourages users to begin with low THC and CBD percentages and consume in small quantities. It’s okay to put it out after a hit or two. Learn how your body reacts and take notes.

Separate is Best

Both cannabis and alcohol can impair judgement, and their side effects vary. Impairment can be unpredictable when consumed together. They should be consumed separately.
